Annual RECWOWE Integration Week - Utrecht 2009
The third Annual RECWOWE Integration Week will be held in Utrecht, June 9-13th, 2009, and will be arranged by the Department of Interdicsiplinary Social Science of the University of Utrecht.

The experience of previous meetings leads to organise the Utrrecht Week on a complementarity basis between:
- Tasks meetings which gather the members involved in or intersted in specific themes of the tasks,
- WPs meetings,
- Plenary sessions,
- Committees (Advisory, Governing and Executive).
Objectives
These meetings have several objectives:
- Discussing the ongoing activities of each WP
- Presenting papers on the theme of each WP
- Harmonising our way to analyse, mesure and compare key concepts such as the tensions or policies and reforms
- Preparing the future activities and their link with the other WPs of RECWOWE

A "Work in Progress" Week
After the Oslo Week last June 2008 and the other previous Conferences (Paris, December 2006; Warsaw June 2007), this new Annual Integration Week will be our second "Work in Progress" Week.
The increasing activity of RECWOWE, the providing new deliverables in March 2009, the start of new tasks entail the necessity of our annual general meeting and encounter in June 2009.
Therefore, the main aim of this Week, will be to give all of us as much time as possible for working together, wether at the tasks level, at the strand level or during some plenaries. We will also take the opportunity of being in Utrecht to discuss in plenary sessions some strategic issues in social policies in Europe.
Venue
The Week venue and accomadation will be provided by two hotels in Utrecht, both located at a ten minutes by bus distance of the University.
Like at the Kick-off meeting in Paris, bus transports will be available for the RECWOWE participants.
